Finding Your Way Back to Yourself
A Journey of Self-Discovery: Self-Trust, Confidence & Healthy Boundaries
Sometimes we lose connection with ourselves slowly through difficult experiences, relationships, expectations, or years of adapting to what others need from us.
In this personal and reflective workshop, I will combine psychological insights with parts of my own journey to explore what it means to find your way back to yourself.
We will talk about rebuilding self-trust, developing confidence that does not depend entirely on external validation, recognizing our own needs, and understanding why healthy boundaries are an important part of emotional well-being.
Rather than asking, “How can I become more confident?”, we will explore deeper questions:
What has shaped the way I see myself? When did I stop trusting my own feelings and needs? What belongs to me and what have I learned to carry for others? And what changes when I allow myself to say yes, no, or simply: this is who I am?
This workshop is not about becoming stronger, louder or more assertive. It is about developing a more secure relationship with yourself one in which confidence, authenticity and healthy boundaries can grow naturally.
A personal journey. Psychological perspectives. Space for reflection and meaningful conversation.
After registration and payment, you will receive the Zoom link via email.
